Jolin Tsai is Taiwanese Golden Melody Award-winning Mandopop singer, dancer and actor. Tsai’s foray into the entertainment industry started with an MTV singing competition. She was signed on by Universal Music and released her first album Jolin 1019, which was sold for 400,000 copies. By now, more than 23 million copies of her albums have been sold in Asia. Her new album Myself was published this year, and she was involved in many commercial activities and advertisements. Her income reached 53.95 million yuan (US$8.34 million) in the assessment period.
